1. We require a detailed itinerary to get the quote for vehicle hire. On the off chance it fails, we will disregard the quote and booking immediately. The itinerary is not compulsory but will help us to provide a better service.
2. If the booking is in London, we don’t accommodate transfers out of London unless it’s mentioned prior.
3. We obligate additional charges if the passenger requires extra hours than quoted or paid for, in case, if extra use has been denied, we will immediately pull out the driver without any concerns.
4. Occasionally it may be necessary for changes to be made to your reservation, after acceptance by us beforehand.
5. Additional changes to be made on the transfer day is allowed exceptionally and only upon written emailed permission by the company and payment of the amount ,which the company shall determine in each case.
6. We highly do not acknowledge providing the contact number of any of our drivers to any other agents.
7. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for the unused time for early concluded journeys and required quoted payment in full.
8. On a special emergency cancellation, we may consider a refund, such cancellations must be done prior to the scheduled date and hour of commencement of the transfer.
9. For As Directed bookings, the starting destination will always be the ending destination.
10.Airport Transfers are charged separately from As Directed Fare.
